Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Who we are

Claw UK (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name operated by Mad Manners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, based in London, UK. Contact: hi@clawuk.com.

2. Services

We provide AI agent setup, installation, configuration, security hardening, and related consultancy services for businesses across the UK. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full before or on the day of the setup session unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and card payment. Invoices are issued via email.

4. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of setup completion if your agent is not functioning as described and we are unable to resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your infrastructure, granting access required for setup, and maintaining any third-party software licences (VPS, API access, etc.) needed to run your agent after handover. We are not responsible for issues caused by changes you make after setup is complete.

6. Access to your systems

During setup we require temporary access to your server and connected tools. This access is granted explicitly by you and revoked at handover. We do not retain access to your systems after the engagement ends except during active Managed plan support, where access is only used with your prior knowledge and consent.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party tools, platforms, or AI models connected during setup.

8. Intellectual property

Any custom configuration, workflows, or automation scripts we build for you are yours on full payment. We retain no ongoing rights to your configuration.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at clawuk.com/terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
