Our guarantee

If your AI agent is not functioning as described within 14 days of setup completion, and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email hi@clawuk.com within 14 days of your setup date with a brief description of the issue. We will first attempt to resolve it. If we cannot, we will process a full refund within 5 working days.

What is covered

  • Remote Setup (£997)
  • In-Person Setup (£1,997)
  • Custom Build engagements — refund terms agreed per project

What is not covered

  • Managed plan monthly fees already rendered
  • Issues caused by changes made to the system after handover
  • Third-party costs such as VPS hosting fees or API subscriptions
