1. Who we are
Claw UK is a trading name of Mad Manners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: hi@clawuk.com.
2. What data we collect
When you submit an enquiry or booking form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message or enquiry
We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are processed via third-party providers.
3. How we use your data
We use your data solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Deliver and support the services you purchase
- Send service-related communications (invoices, onboarding, support)
We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where a contract exists, on the basis of contract performance. We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
5. Data retention
We retain contact and client records for up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes, in line with HMRC requirements. Enquiries that do not result in a project are deleted after 12 months.
6. Third parties
Form submissions are processed via Web3Forms. Booking links use Cal.com. Neither service sells your data. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties except where required by law.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)

This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or any similar third-party tracking service.
